Delete your Versus account

Before you delete: cancel Premium
Deleting your account does not cancel a Premium subscription, and Google Play will keep charging you. Cancel it first in your Google Play subscriptions (the Manage Subscription button in the App opens them).
Option 1: in the App
Email and Google accounts:
- Open Versus and go to Account → Profile.
- Tap Delete Account and confirm.
- Sign in again when asked (your password, or your Google account).
Guest accounts: go to Account → Delete Guest Account and confirm. Use the device the guest account was created on.
Your account is deleted immediately.
Option 2: by email (if you no longer have the App)
Email support@raedaconlabs.com with the subject "Delete my Versus account", sent from the email address on your account. For a guest account, we will reply asking for details that let us find it. We complete requests within 30 days and confirm by email.
What is deleted
- your account and sign-in details, email address and profile
- your username and avatar, and your place on leaderboards
- your votes and Power Votes, and your likes
- your XP, level and achievements
- suggestions that were not yet approved, and their images
- your skipped comparisons and in-app messages
- any unused Power Votes
What is kept, and for how long
