Arrow Hop is an offline-first Android app published by Raedacon Labs (Pty) Ltd. There is no user account, no login, and no server operated by us that stores your app data. This policy explains what stays on your device and what a small number of third-party services process on our behalf, for example to show ads or to confirm a purchase.

Data the app stores on your device
Arrow Hop works fully offline. The data below is saved only in the app's own storage on your device. It is never sent to us, and it is deleted when you uninstall the app.
- Stores your level progress, stars and settings only on your device
- Puzzles are generated on your device, so no game content is downloaded
Data processed by third parties
Arrow Hop uses a few third-party services to show ads, measure crashes and usage, and confirm an optional one-time purchase. They process the data below under their own privacy policies.

Payments are handled by Google Play. We never see your card or payment details.
Children
Arrow Hop is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has given us personal information, contact us at support@raedaconlabs.com and we will deal with it.
Your choices
- Change your ad consent choice at any time in the app under Settings > Privacy options (shown where consent applies).
- Reset or delete your advertising ID in your Android settings (Settings > Privacy > Ads).
- Buying Pro removes ads entirely.
- Uninstalling the app deletes everything the app stored on your device.

Data retention
Data on your device stays until you clear the app's storage or uninstall it. The third-party services above keep the data they process for as long as their own policies describe.
Security
Data sent to the third-party services above is encrypted in transit (HTTPS/TLS). Data that never leaves your device is protected by your device's own security.
International transfers
Google and RevenueCat operate worldwide, so data they process may be transferred to and processed in other countries. They maintain their own safeguards for these transfers, described in the policies linked above.
Your rights (POPIA and GDPR)
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct or delete personal information about you, including under South Africa's Protection of Personal Information Act (POPIA) and the EU and UK General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). Because Arrow Hop keeps your app data on your device and we run no server that identifies you, most requests are met by the in-app settings or by uninstalling the app. For anything else, contact us at support@raedaconlabs.com. You may also complain to the Information Regulator of South Africa (enquiries@inforegulator.org.za) or your local data protection authority.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy, for example if we add or change a third-party service. The date at the top shows the latest version. Continuing to use the app after a change means you accept the updated policy.
